RETURN POLICY/EXCHANGE POLICY

We’re so confident you’ll love your no-sweat Thompson Tee that we guarantee it 100%! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the order. To start:

1. Email Us

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return or exchange to be processed. To receive your unique RMA number, email support@thompsontee.com.

In the subject line, please indicate REFUND or EXCHANGE.

In the body of the email, please include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return or Exchange

DAMAGED

If your sweatproof shirts are damaged in transit by the carrier we kindly ask that you do not ship damaged merchandise back to us. Please hold on to the damaged merchandise in case the shipping carrier wants to collect the damaged merchandise as part of the claim process.

Please send an email to: support@thompsontee.com with the Subject Line: DAMAGED. Please include the following information in the body of the email:

  • Order Number
  • Notes about the condition of the product, packing materials, etc.

Once you contact us, we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.


2. Pack it

Once you receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please securely pack your sweatproof shirts. We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center. Please include a copy of the RMA confirmation email or the original packing slip with the RMA number written on it. You can also write the RMA number on the package itself.


3. Label it

Once you’ve emailed support@thompsontee.com, received your RMA number and securely packed your item(s), please send all returns and exchanges to the following address:

Please make sure to secure a tracking or delivery confirmation number for your shipment.


4. Ship it

If you need assistance with your return shipping, here are a few options:

  • USPS Priority Mail: Print your postage from your computer using the USPS.com Click-N-Ship, and schedule a next-day free pick up at USPS.com. Or you can drop off the labeled, prepaid package at the Post Office. To calculate shipping costs, each men's shirt weighs approximately 8 oz., and women's shirts weigh approximately 6 oz. each.
  • USPS First Class Mail: FOR ONE SHIRT ONLY. First class mail is reserved for 13 oz. or less. You will be required to go to the Post Office for postage and drop off the package. Scheduled pickups are only for Priority Mail and above.
  • Simply go to your local Post Office to process your shipment.
  • Use any other shipping method you'd like (UPS, FedEx, etc.) as long as we have tracking ability. These services are usually more expensive and do not offer free pickup, meaning you will have to drop it off at a designated location. For locations nearest you, please visit their website.

Please allow 7-14 business days to receive and process your return or exchange. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
